Perry Ray Nixdorf, age 57, of Ulman, passed away on Monday, September 1, 2014, at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City. He was born in Tuscumbia on July 21, 1957, son of Herbert James and Arzena (Stark) Nixdorf.

He is survived by his mother, Arzena Nixdorf of Ulman; one son, P.J. Nixdorf of Colorado; two sisters, Betty Drace and Sue Nixdorf both of Ulman; one brother, Dennis Nixdorf of Ulman; special friend, Debbie Davenport; seven nieces and nephews, Chuck Drace of Iberia, Jason Drace of Ulman, Crystal Bateman of St. Louis, Lucretia Drace of Ulman, Tiffany Wickham of Ulman, Les Nixdorf of Ulman, and Davey Drace of Ulman; 17 great nieces and nephews, and several family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert Nixdorf; one brother, James Nixdorf; and one brother-in-law, Dave Drace.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. A graveside service will immediately follow in Gott Cemetery near Ulman on Saturday, September 6. Ralph Byrd will officiate.
