Ramona Lois Ricker, age 91, of Meta, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City. She was born in Meta on April 16, 1935, daughter of the late James Henry and Mildred (McKee) Ricker.

Ramona was a devoted member of Ricker Memorial Church of the Nazarene and lived her faith with steadfast devotion. She dearly loved her family and found great joy in the simple blessings of life, especially her church, reading, and tending to flowers.

She is survived by her son, James Ricker; sister, Janice Wenzel; and a host of family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Hirsty Ricker, and brother-in-law, Bernard Wenzel.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., with a Memorial Service immediately following at 11 a.m., on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Ricker Memorial Church of the Nazarene in Van Cleve with Shelby Barnhart officiating. Inurnment will be held at Southside Cemetery.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Ramona Ricker Memorial Fund.
