Robert L. Moore, age 74, of Iberia, passed away Friday, August 19, 2011, at St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City. He was born in Salisbury, on June 14, 1937, son of the late Wilfred and Martha (Dannamon) Moore. On October 31, 1970, in Kansas City, Robert married Rose Anna Helmer, who survives at the home.
Robert always put his heart and soul in everything he did. He was a member of Mt. Gilead Church near Iberia.
He is also survived by one brother, Alan Moore and wife Karen of Salisbury; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
He was also preceded in death by one sister, Betty Lou Moore.
A memorial gathering will be from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday, August 29, at Mt. Gilead Church near Iberia.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Children's Miracle Network at Cox Medical Center in Springfield.
