Roy Raymond Jeffries, age 80, of St. Elizabeth formerly of the Brumley area, passed away Saturday June 26, 2010, at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City. He was born in Bagnell on September 8, 1929, son of Clarence Wesley and Okal Fay (DeVore) Jeffries.
He is survived by one sister, Jean Patterson and husband Maurice of Ulman; sister-in-law, JoAnn Jeffries of Ulman; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Dorrel Jeffries and Homer Jeffries; one sister, Lois Woolery; and one nephew, Thomas Patterson.
A memorial service will be held at a later date and time.
