Sandra A. (Shelton) Piggott, age 66, of Iberia, passed away on Monday, September 7, 2015, at her home. She was born near Iberia on May 4, 1949, daughter of the late Robert and Laura Opal (Denton) Shelton. On September 16, 1966, in Crocker, Sandra married Tommy Dean Piggott, who survives at the home.

Sandra attended Mt. Union Church near Brumley.

She is also survived by three sons, David Piggott and wife Gayla, Tony Piggott and wife Kelly and J.R. Piggott and wife Beth all of Iberia; five grandchildren, Darin Piggott, Tanner Piggott, Ethan Piggott, Colten Piggott and Hunter Piggott; one sister, Sonya Carmack; and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by and infant son, Bobby Piggott; three sisters, and one brother.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 (noon), with services immediately following at 12 p.m., on Thursday, September 10, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Bro. Dennis Nichols will officiate. Interment will be in Mt. Union Cemetery near Brumley.
