Shirley Anne Kaiser, age 84, of Dixon, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2014, at Westphalia Hills Stonebridge Community Nursing Center. She was born in St. Louis on January 1, 1930, daughter of the late William and Gertrude (Dwyer) Wagner. On October 16, 1950, in University City, Shirley married Robert "Bob" Eugene Kaiser, who preceded her in death on February 22, 1962.
She is survived by four daughters & son-in-laws, Roberta (Bob) Long of Ava, Kathy (Gary) Bivins of Pecatonica, Ill, Nancy (Dan) Schmitz of Westphalia, & Sally (Wayne) Schneider of Linn; 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 4 step- great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and other relatives, friends, and neighbors…
She was also preceded in death by one brother, William Elmer Wagner III, one grandchild, Charlotte McCubbins, and one step- great grandson, Jamey McCubbins.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Jefferson City, 601 E. High Street, Jefferson City, MO 65101.
