Shirley Ann Mason, age 84, of Iberia, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2020, at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City. She was born in Harvey Township, Minnesota, on June 24, 1935, daughter of the late George and Arabella (King) Blue. On August 3, 1955, in Reno, Nevada, Shirley married Joseph Francis Mason, who preceded her in death on October 26, 1998.

Shirley worked for LB Manufacturing for 20 years and at Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center for 10 years. She treasured the time she spent with her grandchildren and was a faithful member of the Iberia United Methodist Church.

She is survived by one son, Jim Mason (Lori) of Iberia; daughter, Pam Strope (Alan) of Eldon; five grandchildren, Katie Southard (Clinton), Paige Nye, Cole Mason (Casey), Susie Whittle (Brandon), and Tim Strope (Jacqueline); five great-grandchildren, Skyler Mason-Duncan, Isabella Ray, Bennett Whittle, Lane Whittle, and Ava Whittle; seven siblings; and several nieces, nephews, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Mason; infant son, Anthony; infant grandson, Matthew; and four siblings.

Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., with a memorial service held at 1:30 p.m., on Sunday, January 26, at Iberia United Methodist Church with Bro. Ron Orr officiating. Inurnment will be held at Livingston Cemetery in Iberia.
