Stacey Louise Plemmons, age 52, of Iberia, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022, at Boone County Hospital in Columbia.  She was born in Waynesville on January 26, 1970, daughter of the late Leslie "Les" and Wilma Louise (Mitchell) Plemmons.

Stacey was employed at L.B. Manufacturing in Iberia for 18 years and was promoted to floor manager in her final year of employment.  Stacey loved her family and always welcomed their company.  Her gentle heart and endearing personality allowed her to connect easily with others, making countless friends and touching many lives during her life.

She is survived by two children, Kaitlin Plemmons and Jeremiah Ash; mother, Wilma Plemmons; four grandchildren, Xander, Kessler, Connor, and Ivey; brother Mickey (Kim) Plemmons; sister, Sherry (James) Johnston; and numerous family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Leslie "Les" Plemmons.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
