Obituary
Steven Lee Henson, age 63, of Dixon, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at Landmark Hospital in Columbia. He was born in Iberia on September 18, 1951, son of the late Haley and Faye (McKee) Henson. On July 7, 1973, in Koeltztown, Steven married Joan Katherine Juergensmeyer, who survives at the home.
Steven graduated high school in 1969 from Maries Co. R-3. He had a passion for music and during his free time he enjoyed hunting, fishing and racing cars.
In addition to his wife, Joan, he is also survived by several brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Haley and Faye Henson; stepfather, James Fenyes; and one brother, Larry Henson.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Final interment will be in Dick Lawson Cemetery near Iberia.
