Obituary
Steven Rowden, age 41, of St. Elizabeth, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2016, at his home. He was born in Columbia on October 27, 1975, son of Dale and Sandra Sue (Hodge) Rowden.
He is survived by his parents, Dale and Sandra Rowden of St. Elizabeth; one brother, Shawn Rowden and wife Christina of St. Elizabeth; six nieces; one nephew, and many family and friends.
He was preceded in death by one sister, LaShannon Rowden; paternal grandparents, Herbert and Louise Rowden; and maternal grandparents, Eunice and Jim Hodge.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with services immediately following at 1 p.m., on Friday, December 2, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Bro. Lloyd Mattocks will officiate. Interment will be held at a later date in Jim Matt Lawson Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Steve Rowden Memorial Fund.
