Therese M. Roster, age 69, of Eldon, died Sunday, June 15, 2008, at St. Mary's Health Center. She was born in Furth, Germany on August 13, 1938, a daughter of the late Richard and Karoline (Fisher) Schubert. On December 5, 1958, in Mainz, Germany, she was married to Harold H. Roster, who survives at the home.

Others who survive her include: three children, Will Roster of Highlandville, Henry Roster and fiancé Debbie Cross of Rolla and Michele Glaze and husband Todd of Eldon; six grandchildren, Brian Roster and Jason Novotny both of Lawrence, Kansas, Megan Aull and husband Morgan of Eldon, Aubry Glaze of Eldon, Christy Batey of Springfield and Daniel Rogers of Rolla; three great grandchildren, Lillian and Rayanna Aull and Jacob Batey and one sister, Liése Lotte Miller of Lakeland, Florida.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 22, at Ninth Street Christian Church in Eldon. Rev. Chris Reynolds will officiate. Interment will be in Eldon City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
