Family get-togethers for holidays and any occasion delighted her. Veta was a loving caretaker who found joy in helping those in need, working in her garden and had a knack for cooking and baking. Her journey in this life was marked by love, compassion, and an unwavering faith in God. Veta's deep-rooted faith profoundly impacted her family and the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing her. She was a devoted long-time member of Iberia First Christian Church and was actively involved in the ladies group. Her legacy of love and devotion to Christ will carry on in generations to come.
