Walter McMillian, Jr., age 88, of Iberia, passed away on Monday, June 23, 2025, at Life Care Center in Waynesville.  He was born in St. Louis on July 24, 1936, son of the late Walter David and Addie (Curry) McMillian.

Walter honorably served in the United States Army.  Walter spent most of his life in St. Louis. After the passing of his parents, he relocated to central Missouri onto family property, down near where his parents were born and raised.  He accepted Jesus into his life and was baptized at the Baptist Church.  His faith in the Lord comforted him throughout his life.

He is survived by one niece, four nephews, and a host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Addie McMillian, and two sisters, Evelyn Hasty and Pauline Bildner.

Walter's final wishes were to be cremated, and no services are planned at this time.
